Prepaid VISA Issue for UK sellers

Has anyone had luck with the gospendit prepaid visas by blackhawk network? (the ones sold at tesco and morrisons). I recently purchased for an ETSY signup and it keeps getting declined. Seems many people shared my experience with this company.

I added a Gospendit Visa card to an established Paypal account last week with no issues.

UK paypal is confirmed with a cc
