Looking for preloaded/prepaid VCC for general online purchases
I've read through many threads and sites but there doesn't seem to be many options left by now. Entropay and most other sites mentioned here are closing up shop, and just about every site requires some form of verification/id even for minimum use.
I've seen a couple of sites offering preloaded VCCs (ie. $100 value for $120 btc) but I'm not sure if these are scams or not..
VCC doesn't have to be reloadable, though it would be nice.
AVS isn't really necessary either, since most purchases don't really verify that.
I am aware of in-store gift card/prepaids, but am looking for a direct online solution.
