Will Vanilla cards bought locally in the US work for EU paypal?

So I have a stealth account in Malta and one in Romania. They both allow withdrawing to a prepaid card. I know a vanilla card is in $ but would this work? Otherwise what should I use to be able to withdraw from those accounts?

I have read the forums but cannot find what I am looking for. I know people are selling VCCs but I am looking for reloadable ones that I can withdraw to :)

It will just get blocked with a note saying "PFRAUD" on it as those cards aren't reloadable.

(Yes, I've actually tried it, just to be sure)

Have you found any working cards? Doesn't matter if you need stuff to verify it first cuz I got that

No. Like I said my Stealth is in Romania and Malta. I need cards that works for that :fight:
