When adding a card to Paypal what would you all use there’s VCC for $8 with confirmation code and there’s AVS VCC for $32 with confirmation code and is a vanilla visa an AVS VCC? Because a vanilla if so would be the best since I could use the money left on it?

If you can buy it yourself then go for it. Its the cheapest and probably safest option (since the VCC will definitely be US based).

Vanilla did not work for me. I then bought a vcc from these forums and it also came up as invaled
