VCC Question

I have a Bank of America credit card that allows me to creat VCC's. Before I create the VCC, do I need to change the address on my Bank of America credit card to the same address of the Paypal account that I created and I'm trying to get verified and lift the spending limit?

So each time I create a new stealth ebay/paypal account with a VCC, do I have to change the main credit card billing address so that it matches the stealth accounts?

Yes, OR alternatively use the real current billing address street number, and real zip code. But stealth street name. That would work the same.
