Here you go.. VCC that works with Adwords/Bing
 

Hi,

Okay. Can somebody tell which VCC works for Adwords & Microsoft Adcenter(Bing) Activation.I think both Google Adwords and Microsoft Adcenter (Bing Advertising) do AVS(Address verification check).

Here is the msg I got when I tried to activate Microsoft Adcenter coupon using a VCC..

"Our Billing department has indicated that we’re experiencing problems validating the billing address information associated to your credit card which you submitted during account registration. Consequently they have placed your account on hold until this issue can be resolved. At your earliest convenience, we request that you fax us a copy of the billing statement associated with the debit or credit card provided as payment. Our fax number is 001-425-727-2586 when faxing from outside the US, or 425-727-2586 from within the US. This statement should include the following information:

* Name as it appears on your credit or debit card
* Address on file with the card issuer
* Phone number on file with the card issuer. "

I've also looking for VCC with AVS system

That thread is really old from 2009. Rules changed on the forum.

We now need all buyers to use this part of the forum if interested in purchasing goods.

No offense to people selling, but i just browsed through 3 pages of trying to find what gift cards allow you to register an address, and almost every post they refer you to a seller.

yeah people can buy them at most local stores but some people cant get them as easy and others. Plus things learned in the past people wont post what cards still work cause when they do they get blacklisted by ebay or paypal

like vanillavias are blacklisted from eby and some are from Pp
amercian express worked for years now there blacklisted from Pp
giftcardmall blacklisted from ebay

im sure theres many more thats got hit as well so its best not to post things in public fourms that u dont want the emeny to see.

I found 15 different places to get AVS cards from that paypal/ebay can't even know about, its just a matter of finding good sources.
