issues with giftcards.com

is anyone else having issues with giftcards.com? Every time I place an order to either the visa vcc or master card vcc, it automatically cancels the order. I've called their support and they "can't find out why" it is canceling it.

Depends on the legislature of the state chosen. Same thing happened with a certain state til I read up why they refused sale there.
