Can I use VCC to pay international eBay fees

Hi guys, can I use VCC or gift card to pay international eBay fees? Where can I get it please? I'm in China and don't want to pay by Paypal. Any help would be most appreciated, thanks!

Yes, you can always opt to pay your ebay fees using prepaid VCCs.
I've been paying eBay using stealth VCCs without problems. You can also use that VCC for preapproved payments.

Hi, I have a question about using vcc to pay ebay fees. Can I get multiple 500$ vanilla giftcards from a grocery store to pay my high ebay fees of around 2-3k every month... Or do I need a card that has a registered zip code and address and funds in it to do so? Thank you.
