Do you have prepaid credit cards and gift cards in the Dominic? If so, that is a VCC. Also, you can use a real credit card or debit card if you make the details in the same town as you are in.

But I need around 40 vcc and that could impact in a bank credit if I use prepaid, you have to go a bank an apply to have one.. also banks use directions and names too, I think can't be possible... in my country gift cards don't work!
