does ebay still eccept gift credit cards?

i am about to purchase a simons card but brfore i do i to know if this is true. ok i read that it is ebay that is not accepting simons gift cards. is this true. some one said ebay no longer accepts simons or gift card to verify. and they just started doing this. please help:confused:

eBay blocks simon for sure. But you can still use Simon to verify your new Paypal account, then link your verified paypal to your new ebay account. Then you don't need to add or verify any cards for your eBay account since eBay trusts paypal.
