Prepaid card withdrawal service?

Hey guys
I've been stuck since last october, no service is as good as Entropay sadly..
Does anyone know a service to withdraw money from PP? I have multiple accounts with balances but I can donothing with that balance other than buying something

If I could do that I would have done it.. I can't purchase from Ebay or any famous sites, Paypal always gives me an error, I can onlybuy from trashy sites and shopify sites
