VCC from UK or US or Ca or EU for opening new Paypal account

Guys help please,
There's any advice for VCC for this country please to verified paypal please:
- Canada
- Eu (please mention the country)
- UK.
because i heard that the VCC must be from the same country of our paypal account, i think ebay now have an eye to see our paypal account, because i get always the second suspend, and i have follow the steps of build new account (IP addresse, Mac Adresse new phone number...), but i have using an VCC from a supplier from the Asian country or Thailand...
So i think the problem it's from the VCC.
please guys any advice for my issue.

Cards issued in Canada and the EU currently work on PayPal accounts worldwide.

Their are loads of issues with VCCs from Thailand and the Philippines I would just avoid them completely.

One more question for paypal verification the cards must be from the same country for example the Canadian cars for paypal of canada can you confirm me this please??

They don’t need to be from the same country no, as long as you use good quality cards. Try to avoid any cards that are flagged as prepaid

Be aware that both Neteller and Revolt are AVS cards

I added US AVS vcc in the PayPal EU ...

If this is a new account I would just move on. You should add an EU BIN to an EU PayPal

Their are also some Canada BINs that wor with EU accounts
