I just managed to withdraw to Virtual Master Card. As far as I know this wasn't possible for EU Paypal accounts including for BG. And the weirdest thing is that the money came instantly in my bank account. Talked to Paypal agent and he said that they just allowed for some EU countries to withdraw to Master Casd. It's a new thing.

No, many other countries in EU (couldn't tell exactly which ones) were allowed to withdraw PayPal funds to credit cards. I've been doing this since 2011.

You must be talking about Visa withdrawals, as until recently the only one that allowed Mastercard withdrawals was Italy.
