Greendot , Walmart, Go bank, American express all these have stoped providing temporary vcc. Does any one know some alternative for USA paypal vcc?

For a sure thing purchase a gift credit card from Publix, Target etc, they have some that say $20 to $100, purchase $20 (25) and then register it with the name and address of the PayPal address and it works. Then you can use the balance in store being careful to leave a couple of bucks on it, it also works for eBay as a credit card and basically the cost is $5 to get verified.
