Using Privacy to Create VCC
 

In the stealth guide it talks about purchasing VCC via this forum or using services Bancore or Entropy (both those cause issues now i guess).

Maybe I am confused as to what a virtual credit card is, but I have used a site called privacy, which allows me to enter my debit or credit card information and then create a new cc with the 3 digit code. I used this to successfully create a amazon prime account for 6+ months with no issues when I was doing amazon to ebay dropshipping.

Can I just use this privacy site to create a vcc both for paypal verification and ebay payments?

If it works for amazon, you should be able to use it for eb/pp (in general)

which USA bank account did you add to Privacy?Do you think Privacy BINs will allow to make deposit to Neteller which is UK?

Privacy does work for PayPal but with a couple restrictions:
- They don't allow new accounts to create cards for PayPal for anti-fraud reasons
- They only allow you to create 3 cards per merchant per account. This means you can only ever have 3 PayPal cards per Privacy account ever

So they are not really a great option for PayPal VCCs

Priivacy looks great, but it is only US. Is their a UK version? Entropay is dead RIP

Yes, Privacy is a godsend for those of us in the US.
Unfortunately, there isn't a UK version...at least not yet.
