Anyone ever recognized before....
 

I now use BAC ever since ING called and gave me the same story others are reporting about the savings are for money to stay and not for business purposes. To answer some of the boards questions, ING does NOT release the funds as they block transfers in and out if with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name. But my real questions is for those who use BAC. I tried going back on my BAC statements to look at the deposit records. Anyone ever recognized that the depositers name appears on the statement? It shows my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ payal name and the amount. If this was not here before, would this now cause a problem?

Unless you've had problems in the past before, I would reckon you're safe.
