VCC for amazon buyer account

I need VCC or prepaid card to verify amazon US account and to set billing address in USA
also, I need to be able to create bank statement for that card in case amazon asks and they will ask for sure because my friend had similar trouble.
I want to buy gift cards and make orders to USA forwarding address
