Walmart Money Card Negative??

So I log into my Walmart Money Card account online just to see what the balance is, and its $-3.26. :> How can a pre-paid debit card be negative? That are still charging me a $3.00 maintenance fee!! I'm glad I checked!! I will going to Walmart today to pay this and canceling the card. Never getting one of these again!
