Hi :yar: .
Im from Asia (Iran) and i cant sign up a usa bank account but i need it for selling items in ebay ( of course digialt ones ) , so i have to deposit money into VBA acc that i verify it and have access to it and its safe to i keep money in it ? Like Gobank or movo.cash ? and can i buy things online with VCC that linked to VBA ?

a VBA is used for verification ONLY. It CANNOT be used to withdraw your funds.
For withdrawing funds youll need a REAL US based bank account. Those banks you mentioned will not work for this purpose.
