Privacy for supposedly security reasons turned me down.. I dont get it 820+ Credit rating , money in my account, everything is 100%//
What are they alternatives to pay the ebay fees .. would have been easy need that CC infor on my account and then pay it each month

paypal balance is the easiest..... why make it complicated?

Cannot use Paypal balance these days unless the account is SSN+DOB verified. If its a stealth account that's most likely not the case.
