It needs SSN to order and anyone who wants to sell the card will use a stolen SSN so the card wont last for a long time !

also there are FEEs,ATM fee,monthly fee,etc
It is a prepaid debit card like the Paypal MC debit card managed by Bankcorp Bank,
Can you link this WMT card with your Paypal account,I did not see it say so on its site?

then you should change your flag to your country flag,it is confusing for those who try to help you.
There are other prepaid debit cards provided by others,search this forum,someone put up a list,they all ask for your SSN

I want temporary card from Walmart store which is only $1. So if you can supply from there then i will order more and you can earn some money from me.

then they are not the WMT money card,these cards carry a monthly fee of $5,knowing how these cards operate,you buy a card in store,go home and fill out a form with name,address,dob and SSN and they sent you a permanent card with your name on it
