I wondered what people's experience with Pockit card has been

I have just started using it, and all seems ok so far, money received in account. Now transferred the money out to my real account, it says it can take a couple of days which is not good, although in the transfer confirmation email it said the money should hit my account in a few hours.

The reason I ask is because they have been getting bad press lately for locking people's accounts

I will take precautions and make small transfers, and withdraw immediately to the pockit card

I open pockit a a few month ago I dint really use it, when I decide to do so I send from my own personal account more than 1k and the account is on review even after I send them all the documentation regarding the money. I send them all the proof but the account is still on hold. Those *******s they scam people and they do it “legally”. Any idea how can I get refund?
