MOVO cash verification with ZERO balance?

Movo cash says:
"We are currently not supporting loads using a credit/debit card. You are still able to load funds via Bank Transfers, Direct Deposit, and PayPal. If you have the MOVO Card™, you may also load cash to your MOVO Account™ through any Visa ReadyLink merchant, such as Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, 7-Eleven and Safeway."

You can't top up through credit card
Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, 7-Eleven and Safeway - not an option for me
Bank transfer - probably I can do but fee too high.



MY QUESTION:
Can MOVO card with zero balance verify: EBAY or PAYPAL(US)?


I know it is not possible with amazon prime. They always charge small amount. European paypals also charge small amount. But you have to verify card on european pp. While on US pp you just have to link it. So maybe they don't charge?

PayPal always needs a balance ($1), but eBay doesn't.

You can use MOVO with no balance to verify paypal but it does not work for ebay

Yes.
Make sure to have atleast $1.00 in your PayPal account as movo will charge your pp for the microdeposits.

No it doesnt work for betting and gambling sites like most of other US base cards .

Can someone help me in making a MOVO CASH account?

I have downloaded the app but i'm stuck on the first screenpage because i can't select the secret question.
When i tap it doesn't sho anything... i can't go through... i have even tried using bluestack emulator but the same...

Please i really need a movo cash account!
