Hello guys i want ask you some noobie question i have stealth paypal with no vcc no vbv nothing i'm willing to buy vcc for my main paypal to activate it then
when i'm receiving money on the stealth account can i transfer them to my main account with now problems or i need to buy vcc for the stealth account too

What country is this paypal account from? need more info and a bit more clarification on your questions (kinda difficult to figure out what it is youre trying to do)

You can buy vcc with any paypal, its just payment of vcc, many sellers accept paypal btc bank transfer etc
Its not recommended to transfer money from one paypal to other chances of linkage is much more higher

my main account is from algeria
my stealth account is from spain i have send from it before but no big amounts just 10to20$
but this time i want transfer 200$ from it

The transfer can go through if the stealth account is not new even without having vcc and vba linked on account , specially if the amount is under 200 USD .
