a skype user sells me method $ 1 dollar create vcc
I don't trust the user, even if I buy it once
anyone know how to buy vcc for a dollar

I believe what OP is trying to say is he has a guy who wants to sell him a guide for creating VCCs for a dollar.
Sounds like a scam to me. if you dont trust the guy dont send him the money.

If it sounds too good to be true then it usually is - it's your money but if you are really thinking of giving it to him I have a fantastic London bridge for sale that you may be interested in - I only want $5K for it and you can pay me by that well known money transfer company

definitely sounds like a scam, but if you really do wanna give it a shot...why not PayPal him the money, and if he doesn't deliver on his service, you can open a dispute and PayPal will more likely than not side with you.
