Minimum vcc balance requirment for ebay verification?

I remember seeing someone post that when a card is verified for ebay for automatic payment method it needs to have a minimum balance of $10 or $20 to pass verification is this true or wrong?

Nope thats wrong they hold £1 to check the card

No, you need about $2.

THe normal way is to add it to PP then add the PP to eBay

eBay need $1,-

EU PP need €1,5 + $1,-
US PP need $1,95 + $1,-
