Hi dear friends, I want you to help... I received a Prepaid Master Card with money loaded from a Meta Bank in United States, but they don't allow me to withdraw money from ATMs, how can I get cash advance, what company do you know they can do that?... that card was issued to buy only only. Thank you.

It is that a lot of friends of mine with the same debit cards loaded with thousands of dollars and we need cash, this is the Telexfree case...

if you want the cash off the card - send yourself a paypal invoice from your paypal, to yourself ( new email ) and pay the invoice with your card . you must use a desktop to do this not mobile.

What others are saying is true...

Just be careful of repeated activity on Paypal without valid reason - vary how you are paying yourself....stealth can work like this.

also beware paying for goods and services,there will be Paypal fee
