Very confused, need help!!!

Hi there,
First have all i have read Ebay stealth and this is the one thing i am very confused about.
I currently have 1 ebay and 1 paypal account, which i put money on through an hsbc bank account. If i want to create another ebay and paypal account do i need to create a new bank account or can i use the same one, but just sign up to entropay virtual card.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
