I assume that you are in the US based on your flag. These cards without zipcode or registration work fine when adding to PayPal, since US PayPal hasn't used card verification for a couple of years now. US PayPal verification is done by either adding and verifying a US bank account or converting the account to a cash account (cash accounts require a SSN number).
All of the talk on these forums about proper VCC's are for other countries that PayPal uses a verification process on cards.
| Thank you for your kind answer. yes I just went to walmart and bought a vanilla visa to test for myself. I also saw another card.. a walmart gift card. I grabbed one of these too to test...
At first they didn't work. I called and found out that I needed to wait 30 minutes for the card to activate. The Walmart gift card had a place for the zip code.
The vanilla visa I was told didn't need a zip code anymore.They work with any zip code now.
They were correct.
I am not talking about the verification where they take money out. I have never seen them do that.
