HSBC Fraud Invest and Fraud Risk Called me

I applied for an account yesterday online, I ahve never dealt with this bank before, then I get an email and a phone call from the fraud department . I wasnt home to get the call and no message.

Is this something they do with every account?

Ok Im going to call them back, I went ahead and ordered a chexsystems report though, Im nervous about opening so many bank accounts now
