VCC that can be set to any address
 
Do prepaid VCCs exist that can be set to any country's address? I need a VCC that can be set to an Asian address. Thanks.

Already did and he can't help me. What I need is a VCC for shopping purposes that I can load with, say, $100, and use it online. Also, it must have the ability to be set to any address I wish in any country with any name.
