PayPal is withdrawing to my Virtual card

Hello, I use virtual cards created with my bank app to open stealth PayPal accounts.
PayPal charges a small amount of 1,5 EUR to the virtual VISA in order to receive the 4 digit code to verify PayPal.
I receive the code instantly (all missmatched name, address)
The thing is that 24 hours later I receive the amount charged into my bank account !
Does it mean I could withdraw PayPal balance to the virtual card?

I would say no but may as well try it out with a small amount and see how it goes.

,I was wrong sorry have asked my bank and they can only send back money sent with the virtual card. That's why I receive back into the account the 1.5 EUR debited from PayPal to confirm the 4 digits ...
Anyway I haven't tried to withdraw yet. Anybody has done it?

UK Paypal does not allow to withdrawal to card, only to bank acc.

No this is wrong i withdrawal from UK paypal to card all the time

However this is a recent addition as the option started showing up to me a few weeks ago

You should try wise digital card, i added on UK paypal (wise bank account is confirmed too) and when i want to transfer money from PP it showing wise digital card for the transfer too.
