Quick question about purchasing using stealth accs
 

I have ebay paypal UK stealth combo.

Obviously pp has 0 balance but if I want to purchase something before selling than how can I make payment as vcc must have no money and pp balance is also zero.

How can I top up the pp or vcc ?

Any other advices ?

I am aware that doing feedback manipulation is not at all useful.

Also, its not at all expensive or high risk,

just 25 GBP stuff but wondering how to make payment using stealth account.

This is exactly why I use my own VCCs and not one you purchase off someone.
I was conducting an experiment some time back where I purchase an item around £1 per account that I opened. I wanted to see if it added some form of strength to the accounts. I could easily do that because I had control over the VCCs used.

Unless it is already in circulation, no one on this forum will tell you what they use.
Do some deep search on google. Hopefully, you'd find something.
