Ok, then I suggest using entropay. You do not need to change the address. I tired it when I was shipping something to the usa and it still worked. Even though the address on my entropay account was Canadian.

some time work some time not, because entropay not support AVS ( Address Verification System ) most of USA website not accept card not support AVS

thank you guys! Now i just know the reloadable prepaid and visa gift card is different. the first could refund the money when the balance is over and visa gift card is one-time card. It's so bad! Maybe we just have right to bid gift card on ebay! It's not fair!
