Paypal - italian vcc/cc
 

Hi,

It seems that Epipoli Mygiftcard mastercard, prepaid card found in stores, are no longer attachable to Paypal accounts.

Until couple days ago it was still possible to register a new Paypal account and add a new Epipoli mastercard, but from 2 days ago I find this impossible.

After I type all the card info and click "Link the card", it pops up an image saying "we are veryfing your data with mastercard", and then an error message says that there is a problem veryfing the data with mastercard and that it's impossible to link the card.

Like 2-3 days ago it was all fine, you didn't even have to register the card putting personal informations, you just had to activate the gift card and it was ready to use.

Now even if I registered the card on getmybalance, I still can't link it to paypal.

I could not even find a way to activate 3ds on those cards, it seems not working...


Any ideas, solutions or alternatives?

I need italian vccs because if you don't link them to paypal you can't deposit on italian bookmakers. I am using stealth accounts

Hi,
I used those cards a few weeks back and they were fine.

Did you try againg just to verify if it was only a glitch?

If not, probably cards were abused and now banned from PayPal.

This is 3D secure protocol. After it starts to verify you need to go to your app of the card and that app pops up notification with a question- do you confirm this or not. All banks and apps are now working this way. If your card does not have an app or bank and can not support 3D - it is not good any more. They are switching all card providers to this program. This basically means end of the crap-cards and you now need normal cards.

You may try to contact them if they disable the 3d protocol

a friend did a PayPal account with that cards just now and worked fine.

you are triggering some security there... are you using some kind of proxy?

This epipoli mastercard are prepaid gift cards that you buy in Italy in stores, maybe there is a possibility to activate the 3ds option, but I have to ask them because I still couldn't do it.

Yes, like always I am using Nordvpn and then 911 socks.

I bought like 20 cards, I could attach one of them to an old paypal account, always under Nordvpn and 911, no mastercard check.

When I tried to do the same on new accounts, nothing.

I tried to change 911 ips, I checked them if they were clean on whatleaks site, but the result is the same.

Did your friend registered this anything else than activate the card on mygiftcard site?
Did he register on getmybalance (I tried too), did he activate 3ds option?

It's strange because 911 ips are lot better than vip72, and it was always working...

paypal might have tightened security for new accounts, I will check which proxy my friend is using

Have you tried attaching the card with proxies on, and if yes proxies of which kind?

I tried vip72, 911 and got no result.

I also tried used a vodafone sim from a mobile phone and nothing...

I got some news.

Now it seems possible to attach epipoli mastercards to Paypal accounts, you need to register first to getmybalance, putting the same info as the PP account owner.

The problem is that these cards now, even if attached, don't make the account Verified and without limits anymore.

And it's not possible anymore to attach an epipoli card and send the amount to another PP account. The bank linked to the card doesn't allow it anymore.

Does anyone have other solutions for italian vccs?

Or even european vccs, I used to buy a couple on dundle time ago but now they are sold out.

Epipoli Mastercard can be found in Feltrinelli Book Stores and also in some supermarket.

VCCs from the marketplace works fine and I am using those most of the time (just be sure that at least currency matches with the account country location).

Sellers are professional and helpful, find the one that suits your needs.
