New Simon Cards??? Will it Work?
 

I went today to the mall to get a Simon GC to set up a Paypal and noticed that the price had gone up from $2 to $2.95. The girl said that the price went up in Aug.
When I got out to the car and took a look at it I noticed that the Simon GC is no longer a VISA it is now an AmExpress.
Anyone used any of these new ones? I tried searching the archives and did not see any mention of it changing from VISA to Am Ex.
I might try to set u a new account tonight with it and will report back when I do.

Worked for ebay and once for Paypal, but didn't work for Paypal earlier in the week.

So which VCC cards currenlty work for Verifying Ebay/Paypal.
