Does Canada have vcc that doesn't show as prepaid?

I used to buy vcc from supermarket and these vcc doesn't work now due to the platform is cracking down creative accounts.
Does Canada have any vcc that doesn't show as prepaid and the issuing country is Canada?

I dont believe so.
Have you tried any that are sourced out of the big 5 banks? havnt tried those.

Big banks in Canada don't have vcc.
