Looking for VCC for Mercari - USA billing infomations

Mercari accepts only US credit cards with US billing information. I looking for VCC with the characteristic.

Alternatively, if someone has a spare debit card which doesn't use, that would be perfect.

I have it! Mercari works by AVS (Address Verification System). I have VCC that can work with any name and any address. It can easily verify your account to start selling.
