I have been sent VCC card details but I dont know how to use?

I have been sent VCC card details (long number, exp and CVV) but I dont know how to use?

- do I put in name and address in the relevant Amazon field (should I use same name and address as for expired card)

- can it be a UK address

This is to replace a debit card in an Amazon account that has expired
