Indian VCCs

Hey all, are you aware of where i could get an Indian VCC? I have been searching for a few days and keep coming unstuck. It will have to be registered to an Indian address.

If you are aware of something or anybody who provides it would be much appreciated.

Hey, thanks for that. He didn't say vcc, just said he would give me source for £50. Of course was asking if legit and so on.

Is there even a way to make an Indian Stealth Etsy, especially if you're not from india? I'm in a country that's in Europe that is not a part of the Etsy Payments system. We used to have an option to open shops using PayPal but that is no longer an option and there is no legit way to open a new shop anymore.

I know people do it, able to use unlimited vcc cards based from India. I've been searching so long.
