VCC for EBay and PP
 

So I have seen alot of comments regarding what is accepted and what is not, and I am a little confused. It's been awhile since I followed the stealth guide as far as using VCC. Simons is not accepted any more??

So what is the recommend way to setup the EBay and PP accounts the way the Stealth guide use to tell to.

My last account I just got a Simons gift account and use it for EBay and used a Credit union bank account for PP.

I see some people have stated to setup a new PP account and add your bank info have it verified and create a New EBay account and link it to the PP account. ???
