Decline payment by Visa card

Why do I always get declined to pay for my order when using my visa card. I have entered all the correct information. Do you have any suggestions for this?

Is this a vcc or a real card? The bank might be blocking the transaction if it’s a real card. Call and find out maybe? Do you still have a balance?

What kind of Visa is it? a VCC? gift card? or bank issued

eBay does this when the amount is very high, and if it's a fresh account.

You may need to contact support to clear or reset your accont and try again after 2-3 days.

Otherwise use another account that has some reputation and history built up to be trusted.
