a prepaid card that might work
 

Aspkin's said that if you buy a new prepaid card which has your name on it (like Simon's gift account) then you'll be fine creating a new account with a new identity. However, this is no longer the case. Ebay can now determine if a person signing up for a seller's account is using a prepaid card or not. I've tried it myself. I've tried to use a Simon's gift account and they figured that it was a prepaid card.

This is my suggestion to those who are trying to open up a new account with a different identity: use a Mio card. A Mio card is also prepaid but in a way that you have your own bank account number and a credit card that has a name on it. Another good thing about is that you can put a different name and address and even though it's not your real identity, then they will override it.

Has this been tested to work?

Theres other giftcards out there that work! your best bet is to use giftcards thats not hot like Villana visa, gift2go giftcardmall ect. these cards are found every and are top sellers so they dont work but there all the time new cards comeing out that gas stations and stuff that ebay dosent know about this kind will work as long as u keep it on the downlow ;)

The visa giftcard from Safeway worked for me about a month ago another thing I was thinking of trying is changing your shipping adress to your stealth adress on your banks debit card and see if that will work.

dont post any working cards on these fourms or where u got them cause it takes all the work out of ebay finding them there selfs!

Now all they have to do is send a employee down to safeway after work and get the name of the visa card and add it to the prepaid not allowed list :(

Found a card a while back that works, sent the info to one of the admins rather than to post here for just that reason.

I assumed ebay was more sophisticated than that, than to have to send an employee to the grocery store to find a card listed on a forum lol, I'll try to keep it though

Yeah ebay/Pp has fixed alot of work arounds do to stuff they found on these fourms like how people used the plug-in to cash out as well as the 21day hold trick as well as many other backdoors.
