Neteller vcc paypal problem
 

Hello.
My problem is paypal from UK blocked my account with a lot of money and want from me recent CC statemntent. I have there VCC from Neteller and how I tried download it its look funny becouse its blank doc without nothing. I never used this card before to nothing, anyway I saw here on the forum they have problem with VCC. Posts are very old so maybe now rules changed. So now are I can see 2 solution of the problem, first told them its card from Neteller or make ⊗⊗⊗⊗ CC statement but I can't make Neteller statement it should be something like HSBC, LLOYDS, etc from UK. Next problem here is I do not know if they can see where this card is from because I have a net + card written on my pp account. Please help me with this problem. What should I do now ? I need experience of users how had same problem.

Let's start with what type of sales you were doing - high risk items/category?

You can't make any old CC statement since it is likely PP knows you are using a Neteller cc based on BIN

I used this account to deposit and withdraw to bookmakers and maybe 1-2 transaction f@f 200-400 pounds. My problem is what statement I should send becouse look at this statement from neteller. Nothing there... (card number, details of account, nothing... They propably rejects it because anyone could send something like that to anything

I'm afraid that when I add it, They will remove this card and block the account for 180 days or banned, anyway if after 180 days I will not have any bank to pay it out.
Nice if someone confirmed that by sending a statement from another bank to a card from another, they have no problem.
If the amount was small, I would do it myself and test, but it is large
