Prepaid card for ebay sellers account

Hey Guys,

I need a prepaid card that works to create an ebay sellers account...to turn ebay account into a sellers account, not to pay ebays fees. A prepaid card that can be bought at a local store. Please help, thanks

A Simon card cannot be used to turn an ebay account into a seller account...

Kilode, since ebays ban on prepaid cards there are very few that still work. You will find most people won't share the info. I personally do not know of one, I use VCCs.
