ioffer... can you use a VCC?

I'm having some issues with iOffer... for some reason everytime I try to upgrade to a seller account by adding my credit card it won't accept it... I've literally tried 5 different cards...

my question is should I try a VCC? anyone with any info would be a big help!

I've had the same problem recently. It seems to be working now though. Try again.

Yes , you can add a VCC to confirm sellers account. I have created several accounts on ioffer ( all with VCC ) .Allthough I am from India and using Indian banks VCC to verufy but i have sold these VCC to several buyers in UK /USA/canada and all worked

I tried to use my RBC Gift card on ioffer last week. Not only did ioffer not accept it but also put my account under review. I emailed their Customer Service and they told me the reason was my CC info did not match my ioffer account info. I emailed them back and said my info on ioffer and CC were exactly the same. No more further reply from ioffer ever since and my account is still under review.

I had tried my regular cc on ioffer but they wouldn't take it. Each time I tried to add a credit card it bought me back to the same "Add a Credit Card" page. That was why I attempted use a Gift Card and now put under review.
