Bank accouts for PayPal verification.
 

Hello. I am looking for bank accounts for PayPal verification. Please share your experience: do you know any reliable and trusted sites where I can buy virtual bank accounts. The problem is that I am from another country and can't open an account myself. Adding of bank accounts for PayPal verification is the most common problem for non-residents of US. That's why I would like to consolidate efforts in solving of this issue:to analyze your information, make a rating table on prices and add it to the topic

There are very few options.... there are no 'virtual' bank accounts. It used to be relatively easy to open a US bank account as a non US resident but this changed a few years ago (though most global banks offer US $ accounts).

For some countries PP allows the addition of a credit/debit/pre-paid card to verify/withdraw to.

I have seen US accounts offered for sale with debit cards by individuals for a premium price but I would consider this very unsafe unless you actually know the person.

I am looking for information on buying of a bank account only for verification without withdrawing at all. I found some sites where bank accounts were being sold, but having googled I found out that PayPal accounts after adding virtual bank accounts that were bought at these sites can get limitations. That's why I am looking for TRUSTED and RELIABLE SITES with feedbacks of people who had used their services.

Selling of bank accounts.... that sounds super illegal. If you open a bank account outside of the us, the only problem you'll have are the funds matching up. If you try to withdraw us dollars to an account in euros for example, paypal will reject it. However, I don't know why you wouldn't be able to open a foreign account, and just list on the us site. There are also sellers who will set this up for you and with bank verification, in other sections of this forum.
