You just run the BIN (Bank Identifier number) through one of the many card checker sites. It's the first six numbers.

It's showing as a Visa card issued in South Korea by Bc Card Co.

They're trying to sell services, maybe they deliberately did it as part of their 'sales pitch'.

I've googled a few more stand alone BIN checkers and they're all saying the same Korean Bank.

Thinking about it it's highly likely that the Korean Card Issuer is the provider of card services to other financial institutions which would explain the findings.
