Problems with BITSA / Pecunpay card

Any BITSA users here?? I been using them for a couple years and this morning they blocked my account. No reason given. Contacted them and got answer that they are under control of some kind another bank and that bank will keep in touch with me. Sounds like F* off... Googled around and found zero info from anyone who reinstated their accounts. Anyone here who successfully reinstated their account???
