ask the sellers in the market place. reloadable VCCs are not common and I don't recommend it

Yes I left a few comments so we'll see.

For now I've found a solution: PST.net. Visa and mastercard options, reloadable via crypto and no ID required :hail:

Careful with that one - they are used in Canada, so they will rat you out in a second if you are in the US or a friendly country

Try to google something as "Virtual Cards for Facebook Ads". There are many providers of reloadable vccs.
